Abbot Isaac of the Trappist monastery OLV Van Koningshoeven came with the request to create an inter religious sculpture. He wants to make a gesture of equality and respect between different religions. I will travel around with a stone. The Heartstone. This stone will be blessed by different people of different religions. To unite all of these in one point. To equalize and connect these different religions. Where everyone’s faith is equal, always. This stone will eventually form the heart of a statue on the monastery’s premises. On this site you can follow this journey.
